tanabata matsuri,a japanese star summer festival hold around july 7, or august 7...i dont have any idea why they celebrate on different day,why do you think???
and some paper strips with the wihses...

七夕祭り、日本の星の夏祭りで、7月7日か8月7日かに行われる。。。なぜ違う日に行われるんだろうな、なぜと思う？？？
